I just my 4 apartment building in North Center Kathleen Malone and the team was my agents. When I called them on a Friday to see if they would list my building they were on vacation but told that when they got home on Monday they would drive by my building get me some comps. I had a 15-page list of comps on Monday night. Now that is some great customer service. I then met to discuss an asking price. We came to an agreement we the building very quickly for within $10,000 of our asking price. They negotiated for us to get that for us. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, so easy to work with. They handled everything with my tenants so I did not have to. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience with the team. They were spectacular.
Wish I could give Kathleen and the team 6 stars! They were amazing on both sides of our move. They went above and beyond to walk us through and be there for every step of buying our home and selling our condo. They also gave us really good advice for getting our condo ready to sell and I personally credit their wisdom and hard work for our sale - we were under contract 24 hours after we listed and got an offer above list. Not only that they personally helped us deal with issues that came up during attorney review. We used Kathleen and the team both on the buy-side and to help us sell our condo in Chicago. On the buy-side they were a great resource for types of properties available and to understand current pricing, they are very knowledgeable of the different neighborhoods on the north side and what you should be able to get for your money there. On the sell-side, they helped us think through the best strategy to get our place sold quickly, and we ended up getting a full-price offer on the third day we listed.
